We are pleased to announce the participation of UNIBERG’s CEO, Andreas Möller, in a panel discussion at the upcoming annual conference “Innovative Netztechnologien” (InnoNT), organized by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMDV). The conference is scheduled to take place on September 26th in Berlin.
About the Event
As the global adoption of 5G creates new technological standards, addressing concurrent economic, political, and technical requirements such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and network resilience becomes increasingly vital. BMDV’s research on innovative software-driven network technologies aims to contribute to digital sovereignty and facilitate the transformation of both Germany and Europe. The annual conference “Innovative Netztechnologien” promises engaging keynotes and panel discussions, with a focus this year on the pivotal themes of “Technologietransfer” (Technology Transfer) and “Netzarchitekturen der Zukunft” (Network Architectures of the Future).
UNIBERG’s CEO, Andreas Möller, will be an active participant in the expert session 3.1, where the focus will be on “Security and Resilience.”
About the Panel Discussion “Security and Resilience”
In the long term, the success of networks relies on their resilience against disruptions, ensuring security and data protection. Network resilience plays a key role that needs to be investigated from different perspectives – from vendors, research and development, as well as from a user perspective. Key questions include strategies to develop and implement this resilience, user challenges, and the role of Open RAN in a secure infrastructure design.
